All purchased products are shipped through major national and international couriers.
Packages are delivered upon sms or call from the courier.
In case the customer is not at home, having decided upon the day and time slot, the goods remain in storage at the courier until further notice of the final customer. 
If the customer receives the material with obvious damage can reject the goods.

Possibility of replacing the item for wrong size or other reasons ( to read the section "right to withdraw").
